Terms of Service for L2D commission

  • For Payment

  • Payment is through paypal only. The client may either pay full upfront or 50% upfront while the other half can be paid after the sketch is approved.

  • A payment plan can be discussed.

  • Refund will not be accepted.

  • The price already included paypal fee and commercial fee.

  • Commercial Use and Rights

  • The client may use the art for streaming, header, icon, and any other form of advertisement.

  • The client can not claim the art as their own but has the right to claim the character. The artist still has the right to claim the art.

  • Only the artist may revise the art.

  • Nothing made by Ozi (@_ozisama) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Client's Rights

  • The client may ask for an update whenever they want.

  • There is no limit for revisions during sketch process. Please feel free to ask until satisfied. However, there will only be 4 allowable revisions for the finished commission.

  • But if there are layers needed to be edited for the rigging, the client may ask the artist to revise it.

  • Artist's Limitations

  • The artist has the right to decline a commission request.

  • Commissions usually take 1-3 months, while 3-4 weeks for rushed commissions.

  • In case of emergency, the artist may ask for a time extension.

  • Please be nice to the artist. Thank you.

How To Order

  1. Submit the order form or;

  2. For illustration request, email to [email protected] with the given format.

  3. Wait for the response within 3 working days.

  4. In case of no response after 3 days, please send a DM to Ozi's twitter account.

  5. After request approval, please send your paypal email for the invoice or send the payment to Ozi's ko-fi.

Commission process:

  1. Sketch will begin after payment. Reasonable amount of revisions will be allowed during sketch process.

  2. After sketch is approved, lineart and color will begin.

  3. Lineart with color will be sent for final checking before rendering/painting.

  4. Finished art will be delivered. In case of corrections, only maximum of 3 revisions are allowed.

Terms of Service

  • Payment through ko-fi or paypal only. I will send an invoice if requested. I will start sketching once full payment is sent. I do not accept refunds.

  • Upfront payment, please.

  • Commission for PERSONAL use only. Please do not use as asset in streaming. Selling or any type of paid reproduction is not allowed.

  • Personal use such as Icon/Header/self printing is alright. Feel free to use it without my permission. :) Credit is not required but greatly appreciated!

  • Please do not claim the art as your own and do not edit without permission. But you may add a background to your liking.

  • Please tell me in advance if you do not want me to post the commission.

  • Working time is 1-3 months. Rushed commission will be 1-2 weeks (+%50). I may ask for an extension in case of emergency.

  • Reasonable number of revisions will be allowed during the sketch process but only a maximum of 3 major revisions are allowed in the final piece. I may charge for other revisions.

  • Please provide a visual reference.

  • I may decline a commission if I think that I can’t draw it.
